During their meeting on Monday, the Vermillion School Board approved the motion to change my position to a half time position starting next fall. I've know this was a possibility since January and a likelihood since February, but I was still hoping.
So we are looking at our options right now. One option is to stay in Vermillion with the hope that eventually the position would be returned to full time. I really think that will happen eventually, but there is no telling when. It depends on number of special ed students. The other option is to look elsewhere. Considering the amount the Vermillion district is offering me, it is most likely we will be looking elsewhere.
Anybody want to buy a house?
